I have podcast fever. It started in November during a solo seven-hour drive to Chicago. I usually listen to music, but I wanted something that would keep me more alert during the late-night drive. Enter podcasts. The drive flew by, and I was hooked. Ever since, I have been listening to a rotation of podcasts daily, especially at work while I plow through projects like photo editing or graphic design.
My podcast subscriptions are quite varied, but I’ve noticed that the ones I’m most drawn to and most excited to listen to are fun, entertaining, and often inspiring podcasts for women by women. If you’re looking to change up your current subscriptions (and you’re equal parts pop-culture-obsessed and career-driven like me), check out my current favorites:

Ladygang (previously named Fempire)
The Ladygang weekly podcast is like overhearing a hilarious, raunchy, and brutally honest brunch conversation amongst close girlfriends. Three Hollywood insiders—former Glee star Becca Tobin, entertainment host Keltie Knight, and entrepreneur Jac Vanek—chat on an array of topics, including current events and their own personal lives, while offering listeners entertaining insight into the Hollywood experience. Episodes usually feature a celebrity guest. You can subscribe to the podcast via iTunes, and I recommend starting from the beginning and catching up (the ‘cast only started in January, so there’s not an overwhelming number of backlogged episodes).

Straight Up with Stassi
This podcast from Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder is a must for any Pump Rules fan, but it’s also a fun and mindless listen if you’re just in need of some girl talk. Each week, Stassi invites one of her close friends to join her, and the pair dish about anything and everything, from Bravo gossip to aliens to Uber misadventures. Pump Rules didn’t always paint the best picture of Stassi (see: back-handing her friend in a public restaurant), so I didn’t know what to expect when I first started listening, but the podcast offers a more well-rounded view of her personality, and she’s much more of a fun-loving, down-to-earth girl’s girl than I expected.

The Lively Show
The Lively Show podcast offers a healthy dose of positivity and inspiration with a focus on intentional living. The best episodes feature accomplished women who share the ins and outs of their success.

Martinis and Your Money
Financially Blonde blogger and former Merrill Lynch financial adviser Shannon McLay hosts Martinis and Your Money, an entertaining and lighthearted podcast about personal finance, often featuring female guests sharing their own inspiring stories or expertise. My favorite episodes are the “Happy Hour” round-table episodes with Shannon and three female guests.
Heather Dubrow’s World
Another must-listen for Bravo fans, especially fans of Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather Dubrow’s podcast combines real-talk about her personal life and own experiences mixed with stories and expertise from celebrity guests. Heather is my favorite Bravo housewife, because I’m frequently inspired by her genuine class and seeming ability to have it all and do it all while looking her best. Her podcast just further illuminates her surprisingly down-to-earth and likable personality.

The Bitch Bible
The Bitch Bible is my new favorite podcast—and I hated it at first! I’m ecstatic I gave it a second listen. Host Jackie Schimmel is a young twentysomething Southern California native who is unabashedly a spoiled Jewish American Princess, Bravo addict, and TV junkie. She has a dry and sarcastic quick wit and is brutally blunt and cheeky. I regularly laugh aloud (and have to bite my tongue at work!) while listening to her weekly podcast. Confession: I spent a full week catching up on all 34+ episodes and then experienced serious Schimmel withdrawal while waiting a full week for a new episode like a plebeian. Subscribe on iTunes—you won’t regret it!

Anna Faris is Unqualified
Actress Anna Faris invites a new celebrity guest each week—usually a close friend or former co-star—to offer up unqualified relationship advice to fans in her raunchy, laugh-filled, and unfiltered podcast, Anna Faris is Unqualified.
